Attend MMI

selling you

Day 51/2 due to Day 5 being a webinar.

Good morning/Day, Friend,
A key difference between unsuccessful and
successful people is the way they talk to
themselves about what they can and can't
afford.

Unsuccessful people tend to move through life
thinking, "I can't afford it." While successful
people think, "How can I afford it?"

After all, asking "How can I afford it?" is
pretty empowering. And it makes you look at
things (including your things) differently. In
fact, you might start to see opportunities
everywhere you look.

One opportunity to afford something new is to
"sell your stuff." And by stuff, we don't just
mean your old gym equipment. We mean that if
you want to be really successful, you need to
be comfortable with selling.
(You.)

So, today will be a day of getting you comfortable
with selling. Whether it's a product, a service
or yourself.

Oh, and your old gym equipment too. Because
you really can afford it, Friend. All
you have to figure out is how.

====================================

Remember way back on Day 2 when we talked
about letting go of the things that no longer serve
you? And we suggested you pack up your salad
spinners and moon boots and set them aside for
another day this week? Well, that day is finally
here.

Friend, if you ask people what
they really want, the most common responses
are "peace" and "freedom." But clutter keeps us
from achieving those goals, crowding us out of
valuable space - both the physical and emotional
kind.

With this in mind, walk through your home and
focus on 5 random objects in each room. As you
consider one, ask yourself ...
1. Do I truly need it?
2. Do I truly adore it?
3. Does it help me to create the life I want?

If your answer to #s 1 and 2 is "Meh." Or your
answer to #3 is "Not a chance," pack up that item
with the salad spinner and move on.

But before you donate your old stuff, evaluate
which of those items would be worth selling. Books,
movies, video games, clothes, furniture, equipment
and collectibles can all fetch a good price and free
up a lot of space in your home.

Plus, you get the satisfaction of knowing you
connected someone else with something they
really want.

So, plan a garage sale or put a few listings on
Craig's List or eBay. You'll be surprised at how
little you miss these items and how much you'll
value the space they leave behind.

Selling isn't so bad now. Is it, Friend?

To your success,
Peak Potentials
